Fluid Bed Mixer

Working Principles:

Fluidized Bed Dryer works on a principle of fluidization of the feed materials.

In fluidization process, hot air is introduced at high pressure through a perforated bed of moist solid particulate.

The wet solids are lifted from the bottom and suspended in a stream of air (fluidized state).

The hot gas Surrounding every granule to completely dry them. Thus, materials or granules are uniformly dried.

Octagonal Blender

Octagonal blender, also known as an octagonal mixer or octagonal drum mixer, is a type of industrial blender used for mixing and blending of dry Powers, granules, and other solid materials.

Working Principles:

In conventional type blenders, the charging & discharging used to be very time- consuming causing a lot of dust generation in the process.

In Conta Blender, the Power or granules are transferred through a dust-tight duct into the container or bin through an openable manhole on top.

The Bin is then loaded in the Cage and rotated at 5-20 rpm through a Variable frequency drive.

After blending the Bin is removed from the cage through the trolley and the cage is loaded with another Bin.

Tray Dryer

The Tray Dryer, a powder drying machine, is utilized for drying a wide range of powders in pharmaceuticals. Besides its common application in pharmaceutical equipment, it finds usage in herbal, nutraceuticals, ayurvedic, cosmetic, and chemical industries. Powder drying is achieved through hot air provided by the inbuilt blower. The air is heated by heaters installed on the side walls of the equipment, reaching temperatures around 80 degrees Celsius to dry the product placed on trays.
